  • Do you sell computers?
  • Yes, we sell PC's, laptops, and more.  We sell to businesses and home users.

 

  • Do you fix Apple computers?
    • Yes, we can help with any software related issues on Apple devices.  If your Apple device has a hardware issue we recommend that you contact Apple directly to get it repaired.


  • How do I know when my order has arrived?
    • We will email you a confirmation receipt of any purchase, detailing transit time and we will call you directly when your purchase has arrived.

 

  • Do you sell more stuff than your website shows?
    • We do and will be more than happy to help with anything you can’t find online.

  • Are you open on Saturday’s
    • At the moment we are open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, however if this changes we will post it online.

  • How long does transit typically take?
    • 1-2 business days.

  • Do you make house calls? 
    • Yes, if the work cannot be done remotely.

  • Do you perform Computer or I.T. equipment appraisals or audits?
    • Yes.  Give us a call to book a specialist to come out and see you.

  • Do you work with schools?
    • Yes.

  • How long will it take to fix my computer?
    • On average 3-4 days.

  • Do you fix broken screens for ipads, iPods, iPhones and tablets?
    • No we do not.

  • What kind of computer will work for me?
    • This totally depends on what you are using it for, if you are unsure we will put you through to one of our specialists and they will ensure you get the right computer for you.

  • Do I need an iPad or a tablet?
    • This really comes down to preference and what you are using it for and what other devices you are using it with.
